As Group CFO at Normec, Mads Dehlsen Winther leads finance inside one of Europe's most active buy and build stories: a TICC platform that has grown from a Dutch founder led business in 2016 to a group of over 7,000 people across more than 160 locations, with 85+ acquisitions completed. Drawing on his experience at Normec, and previously as Group CFO at Oterra and at HusCompagniet, plus nine years at Maersk within finance, strategy, M&A and investments and ended up being responsible for the Carve-out of Energy division together with the Vice-CEO, Mads will share a candid view of what it takes to build a finance function that can keep up with an ambitious deal pace.
