### Keynote by Kiran Brar

As the CHRO at Signify, the world leader in lighting. Kiran Brar will in her presentation, Kiran will share how Signify is approaching some of the most pressing questions in HR today.

She will take us through Signify's perspective on AI in HR, what it means in practice and not just in theory, and how this is influencing the way the HR operating model is being designed and evolved. Drawing on real experiences from within Signify, Kiran will offer a grounded and honest view of where HR is heading and what it takes to lead that journey from the front.
